Security & Privacy

Does CoinRadarX access my crypto?

Never. CoinRadarX is a monitoring-only tool. You manually log your transactions. We have no connection to your exchange and cannot touch your funds.

Do you store my financial data?

We store only what you enter: transaction amounts and prices you log manually. This data is used solely to calculate your portfolio performance.

Is my password secure?

All passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We never store plain-text passwords.

Signals & Analysis

How are buy/sell signals generated?

We use multiple technical indicators: RSI (Relative Strength Index), MACD, Bollinger Bands, Moving Averages (6h, 12h, 24h, 7d, 14d), Parabolic SAR, and Linear Regression Trend.

How accurate are the signals?

Signals are based on well-established technical analysis methods. However, crypto markets are unpredictable. Signals are educational tools, not financial guarantees.

How often are prices updated?

Every 30 minutes, automatically. The system fetches prices from CoinGecko with fallback to CoinPaprika and CoinLore.

Telegram & Notifications

How do I connect Telegram?

Go to Profile → Telegram. You can either enter your Chat ID manually (get it from @userinfobot on Telegram) or use our bot if configured.

Can I control what notifications I receive?

Yes, fully. You can enable/disable: sell opportunities, buy signals, weekly/monthly trends, daily report, and simulations. You also set a minimum interval between notifications.

How often will I receive notifications?

You set the minimum interval (from 30 minutes to 24 hours). The default is 6 hours to prevent spam.

Plans & Payment

How does payment work?

You click "Pay via PayPal", get redirected with the amount pre-filled, complete payment, and the admin activates your plan within 24 hours.

What if I want to cancel?

Contact the admin through Telegram or email. Subscriptions are monthly and can be cancelled at any time.

What happens if my plan expires?

Your account reverts to the Free plan automatically. Your data (transactions, alerts) is preserved.
